It looks like you posted the wrong link. If you want to start everything over, you can delete the giveaway and create another. Everyone will get their points back that already entered. You will lose 1 giveaway slot for deleting the giveaway, but it isn't a big deal since you gain one for every 3 giveaways you send that are marked as received.

Not sure why but i cannot join. Wishlist date is 18.03.2018, vac clear, all activated, etc.

I think, that there is problem with custom date format.
