Not unless you get it directly from Valve. At least that's how I got invites, but the people I sent them to didn't get their own.

Edit: "it" being the game, not a key.

when you get cs:go beta you get another copy to give to people on this site or to a friend or a person that took the test on a bad pc by mistake and wasn't able to retake it (me)

doesnt matter what specs you have, they give you the beta in the same order people filled in the survey (First key went to the first guy that filled the survey, second key goes to the second etc etc). Thats what I read somewhere, I cant really recall where

Well think about it, they need to optimize the game and see if it has trouble with certain specs, so they need all types of computers testing it and reporting bavk.

Relaxing the supported video card checks:
– Display an error and exit if the card doesn’t support shader model 3, bilinear PCF sampling, or cascaded shadow mapping. (No cards are actually marked as not supporting CSM in CS:GO.) So our minimal GPU is now the NVidia 6xxx series (2005), or ATI HD 2xxx (2006) or better.)

soo to me it seems pretty old pc's or/and shitty pc's should be able to run this game
