I had this issue while I was living in Cambodia.....

Jet lag.

I had that problem, and it's because my time in my pc is wrong between AM and PM and that makes the 12 hour difference, i'd like to join the WL if i can.

Sounds like wrong time zone settings somewhere at your PC, like others already suggested.
