Have you tried contacting the Dev who created the giveaway via Steam chat?

Thanks for the heads up. I checked our database and everything appears fine on this end, we received 50 unique keys from the developer, and the winners each received one of those keys. I contacted the developer, so I'll keep you posted and we'll get it sorted out soon.

Hey there. As the title says, 10 hours ago I won a key from the advertised giveaway for Eldevin : Deluxe Pack, but upon activation it shows as a "duplicate code". And since keys are distributed automatically I can't really mark it as "not received" as the option is greyed out.
What am I supposed to do in this situation, contact support?
