Steamgifts can't tell where your friend got the game from. If it has ever been free or in a bundle, it is considered a bundled game, and will not count toward the requirement to be part of the site.

bundle games work too.. for example - http://www.bundlestars.com/all-bundles/trinity-bundle/ this one will suffice 120$ worth of games, price 2.49$

Honestly have no idea. I registered nearly 3 years ago so I really never bothered to look into how the account value system works. I THINK I remember reading something about bundle games and account value. Either way he wouldn't reach the 100$ requirement.

Back then, I'm not sure it was implemented, as my library may have had over 100 games, but all were gifts, the majority bundles. My PC wasn't good enough at the time to handle anything I was given, so doubtful I had a bunch of other games.

Yeah it was before bundles were popular, or even around. I know it was just strictly 100$ account value back then. I dont when they implemented the bundle restriction to the account value as it makes no difference to me but I did read something about it maybe a year ago?

One of the GMods was used on my VAC Banned account, and the other was a blind-sighted accept when I received the key, yet the key didn't work. Didn't bother to look much more into it.
Mark of the Ninja on the other hand... dissapeared. I activated it but now looking in both of my account's libraries, it's not there.

Then he got more games, to get to this page. Account value: 16€.
Then he got Payday: The Heist and his account value dropped to 0€.
