Need Help Civ V

Stuck in Civ V at turn 30 can not select next turn. I have already adopted the first three policies and button says "adopt policy". I can't adopt any more policies until the next age. What do I do?

This might sound silly. You may have adopted the first three policy trees but have you tried unlocking the individual options within the policy trees? Each policy tree has 5 policies that you need to unlock.

Edit - In fact I can see from your achievements you haven't done that. Like when you unlock 'Tradition' you also unlock 'Aristocracy', 'Oligarchy', etc in that tree individually as your 'adopt policy' options.
