Couldn't join group giveayays anylonger - help?

hi guys

if i want to join a group giveaway this message appears:

"Oops, this giveaway is only viewable to members of the xyz Steam group. If you're a member of this group and still receiving this message, please force your account to resync by clicking here."

I have resynct my account several times but it didn't help...

What can i do?

Resync until it works, and check if you actually are a member of that group :D
