It's a flash puzzle. It can't be hard if there is very little time to solve it.
Even though it's that easy, not many people are successfully solving it, don't you think?

It's very easy really.
Normally i suck at these things, either it helps having a special mindset, being special or it's me having alcohol, but probably a combination.
