Basically, you get points over time (24 points every hour), which you can then use to enter giveaways (GAs). Each point required to enter a GA corresponds (1:1) to that product's non-sale price (in USD) on steam. So, a regularly-priced $20 game costs 20P to enter.

You should click the pin icon in the top left corner so the navigation bar stays there no matter where you are in the page. Help is on the middle of the page, you should take a look at the FAQ so you have a better understanding on how the website works

Maybe I'm being too optimistic here, but 1stCheater's question could also aim at how to improve the website for new users (so they could find the FAQ easier by themselves). And at least he didn't insult you or sth. alike.

As for the FAQ being there for a reason ... there are 2 ways to approach pointing the OP in its direction .
You can either be a normal human being , like the first 3 ( i assume 4 duno what comment got deleted ) and be helpful ...point towards it and provide additional info people who been using the site for a long time take for granted . To which he show his appreciation ...
Ooooooor you can take the approach of the dick i replied to ... and be super passive aggressive in your comment , provide no useful info whatsoever and just act as an asshole in general .

Yes I am mad at people for not shoving any minimal effort. They are annoying.
And "dick you replied to" was helpful. He pointed him to the help section. Other just pointed him straight there or just answered it.

Also he did put the effort into making a topic and asking a question about something he was unsure of ... that goes past minimal effort imo.
Also i think you may have some anger issues , if a simple question like that ( or similar stuff ) is enough to make you mad as you stated .
