Yeah, one of the contestants is a friend of him, and he's on the giveaway.

If he "wins", just link to your list, and this thread in the support ticket, explaining that the giveaway was only for those listed, and this other guy cheated his way into the private giveaway. If the person who leaked the link wins, then if it was me, I'd do the same, and get it re-rolled :)

"user" starts with a "y" sound, as in "yes", so just "a user" is correct, AFAIK. The same way that we say that it's "an honor" instead of "a honor". Because "honor" starts with a vowel sound.

I was not aware of that when I wrote the sentence; in fact, I'm from Brazil, and although I'm a literate one person, I always try to use a informal way when I write in english, as I've seen in so many english publications. In my mind the "so" was used with no intention to grab attention. It feels natural for me to use it.
