What's with the sudden deluge of Dirt/Colin McRae giveaways?

I was pretty confused before I found out myself.
But you gotta know, if there's a lot of copies of a game being given away it's definitely because there's a new bundle with it or it's really cheap somewhere, you just gotta find it!
