What should I do?
Patience, it's been only 3 hours since the giveaway ended the winner has 7 days to activate the game, he might not be around a PC or could be busy with something else (someone else could have been on his PC or he could have logged in from somewhere else)

Games changes are a myth. Support only used to do that when both games have identical names like Dark Matter & Dark Matter and even then I'm not entirely sure they still do.

or give the people more time than few hours to activate the game without hurry... two of his open giveaways ended 14 hours ago, the other 3 hours ago...

ahh... well give some times, is the right way until u got the response that the game is work or not... no need to hurry, if the game are not working theres always a way to fix it. talk nicely to the winner, contact support to delete with permission from the winner (i think that works, correct me if im wrong)
goodluck...

You need to read the rules of SteamGifts first, mate.
The winner has 7 days to mark the key as received. If he is not making a move until the fifth day try to add him on steam or leave a message on his profile. If he is still not answering then after the seventh day ask the support to take action propably for a reroll if the winner have not seen his/her key.
As everybody else said. You need to wait a little first.

No offense, but sounds like you need to re-read the rules. Some of your options in the poll are not in line with Steamgifts rules. Not nice for the winner to not accept your contact, but sounds like you will be trying to suggest possible avenues that are not acceptable anyway. Good luck getting this resolved either way.

Point is, the winner got the key, for some reason, despite being online when giveaway has ended, and after 2 hours passed, he/she didn't got the game, but also refuses to explain what really happened. What I mean is winner wins a key, doesn't has the game yet, doesn't add me to explain what happened, making the creation of giveaway into a failure, as I wanted to give it away, but someone just took the key and ran off.
Or, in worse case, the key was already used, because they can have expiration timer...And I just wanted to giveaway a key that probably will work. Otherwise, I would just gift Steam copies(though not anymore due to new system), as they are more safe way than keys, that can probably not work. For game change case, I used it because I have a working key for it, just in case this one turns out a failure.
Or delete the giveaway entirely(if it happens)and post so-called replacement game later. As an apology for failed 1st one, or if this turns out good, despite my worries, I'll post it anyway later. Just for people's sake.

It has no eye icon yet, just sent, but the winner was/IS online on steam/steamgifts, so that's the reason why I'm concerned. I'm just worried.
If it needed a eye icon before everything else, well...This answer alone could end the question alone. Expect if the key ends up being not working.

Then everyone in the thread was right, you are WAAAAAAAAY overreacting.
I am often shown as online on the site too, since it runs on a pinned tab, yet I can go for 10-12 hours or even days without actually looking at it (especially on days where I don't have giveaways ending).
Additionally, there are script and bot users who show as being online 24/7, but you can never know when the actual human behind pop up.
Patience. Start worrying when you either see they revealed the key but still did not mark it as received, or when 4-5 days pass.
In general, as much as gifters hate when impatient winners prod them seconds after the giveaway ended, winners also have a life and won't really like when gifters prod them to immediately take the game.
Finally, in my experience, nowadays winners usually take and mark the gifts within 36 hours. The fact the site sends an automatic email upon winning helps a lot.

So yes, it was because it's my first key-based giveaway. If you ask about won keys, well, they are mostly automatically gotten as soon it ended(I meant in terms of 50 or like 10000+ copies), so...Sorry for all. Though I made it if my worries became true, so I'd probably lock it and relock if it really was true.
This will not happen again. Future stuff probably become support tickets, meltdowns on serious issues or something silent.

Wait so you only waited for about 4 hours before opening this thread? Are you kidding? :D

I tried to contact the winner(who was online recently, and at time of winning, he/she was online), but winner refused my friend invite in order to discuss stuff, not only winner didn't respond to my giveaway, but also apparently so isolated to point he/she just trying to make me look worse...If he/she at least added me, warned me about key not working, I could ask support for game change so I could apologize...But the person does nothing but silence. Which most of the time doesn't end well. I don't want to see a worse fate.
EDIT: it got resolved, sorry. Now he already got it. Will never do again.
