On which platform you do play most of your games?
I don't really care where my games live. I prefer GOG, followed by Epic (because they're both DRM-free), but after that... Steam, Uplay, Origin, it's all the same to me. Microsoft Store / Xbox Beta is my least favorite, but even that's fine.
Realistically, my main limiting factor is time - I want to play games, but it's really hard to find the time to actually do so.
And if I only have 20-30 minutes before going to bed, I'm far more likely to fire up Slay the Spire for a bit than dive into something new or a game that's larger, longer, and more immersive - and then end up playing Slay the Spire for an hour or two instead of going to bed because it's so fun and addictive, but that's a different issue. ;)
Btw, what's ARC?
And how do I get to your alternate world where Origin and Uplay give away a game every month? :)

if playing on platform like relationships, I am married to steam, steam is my true love, I have other accounts on origin and epic but I never played on them. and even if others giveaway free games there is steamgifts ,trade cards and achievements on steam.

Pssh, 'play' games on Steam. I just collect and complain about them. Who has time for playing anyway?

Agree on that... When I had no time I even had any time to enter giveaways so. Better let others have the chance

You're understanding this all wrong.
He's not winning those games for himself to play. He's building a library for his nephews to inherit one day.

All the game these other platforms are giving for free were already free on Steam a while back. So if you have an account older than few years you already own all these freebies so you don't care about them given "free" now on epic or origin...
So unless you're 14 and play Fortnite only then you're not the target demographic.

GOG - don't have an account
EPIC - added every free game I dont already have to this account. Total 0 minutes play time.
ARC- ? what? seriously, what is ARC?
Origin - 1 game i think? can't remember my login to check. guessing 0 hours play time
Uplay - . 2 or 3 free games. played about 60 minutes of the DIvision
HB - Generally dont buy the bundles that aren't steam. I would if they were good games.
fanatical & other bundle sites. - Almost never buy, I consider most of them to be trash. Have purcahsed a few star deals.
STEAM - has Rocket League.

My use of Steam has dropped a ton in the last six to ten months. I played through Far Cry 5, and then I signed up for the Xbox Game Pass for PC and have been playing through several of the games available there. Some, like Metro Exodus, are not even available on Steam. Lately I started playing Magic the Gathering: Arena.
Now that the weather is turning I'll probably get back into CSGO and play some other games on Steam. It has certainly been a while, though.

You ask this on a site called steamgifts. Go figure.

felt like you tried really hard to give us reason to not use steam....and somewhat still failed doing it..........only thing i play is steam, and if i didn't used steam i would be a proud pirate (Steam is the thing that stopped me from being a pirate) so i wouldn't use those options.........so yeah, there is that
PRAISE THE GABE!

GOG - Have an account, bought 2 games there when I was still btw steam and gog, that's all, I don't even remember my password.
EPIC - Have an account with most of their free games but as a MAC user that launcher is not an option.
Origin, Uplay, Blizzard and cie: Have games but don't play them.
I will add Twitch there: With monthly games through prime and their own launcher they could be a contestant too (unless you are a mac user).
HB - Only activate steam games, exchange those that aren't
Fanatical & cie - I buy a lot of them, I don't see a lot of non-steam games though.
Generally I buy on steam and play only on steam, trying to make my life easier with only one plateform used. So yeah, I play on steam, I read curators on steam, I read group announcements on steam and discuss with steamfriends.

My primary PC library is on Steam, but I don't have time to play. I've about 3k games there and hundreds of keys to redeem... Dyogenes syndrome, you know... (T_T)
I'm a retro player and have no time to play so I've a lot of portable devices (psp, vita, 3ds, nds, gcw, gpd xd, gpd win, gb micro,...) where I play my favourite retro games and some native games. Now I use to play NS games because it's easy to play in bus or subway (or toilet) and its catalog is really nice.
I've some games on GOG, Origin, etc... but I've played just some hours there.
Epic doesn't have a Linux client, so it's not an option for me.

Was just wondering, as we gift STEAM games here, how much of the games you really play on STEAM?
With GOG gifting games.
With Epic giving away 2 games per week.
With ARC providing most of the games for FREE, with in-game purchases.
With Origin & Uplay gifting away 1 game per month (more or less).
With HB announcing that it would give more games on other platforms then STEAM.
With HB & Fanatical making more bundles with non-STEAM games.
How much of the games you really play on STEAM?
As for me, I rarely play on STEAM games at all.
Most of the clocked times I've been playing on Origin & Epic - some of the games that are "not available on STEAM".
Even though STEAM is a great platform & has best user-experience (then other platforms: GOG, Origin, ...), other platforms did provide so much better games - like Mass Effect 3 & Andromeda, for example.
What is your opinion about recent playing on other platforms?
