problem on steamtrade no one can remove profile comments, so what to do now ?

i have one scammer (flagged on steamrep) who made a false comment on my steamtrade profile, and now no one want to trade with me because he write i'm a scammer...

he got banned now, but the comment is still here. i opened a ticket but they closed it because they say "we can't remove it, we have submitted a ticket to the website administrator" :

so what, anyone can log on an alt account and troll on any profile to get any guy fucked ? they should fix it asap...

ho, its been 2 weeks waiting for the comment removed, help me.

I just emailed them and it got removed after a few days tops.

You're not the only one. Some ballbag left negative feedback for me and several others having exposed his efforts at impersonating another user to scam games. The guy is now banned from SG and ST, but my bad feedback still remains ;__;

Seems like admin are powerless to remove spurious or malicious feedback though. I feel your pain, brother :(

Well, I raised a support ticket, but the mods weren't able to remove the comment.

They have enough on their plates without me whining on about feedback I disagree with, but it does seem a little crazy that, as the OP says, people can randomly leave negative feedback just for the craic of it, knowing that it will remain on the unlucky user's account until such time as the sun implodes and the earth becomes a cold dead lump of rock spiralling its way toward a black hole, and Half Life 3 appears on the Steam pre-order page...

I don't mean to be obtuse, but calling the site administrator "lazy" strikes me as being one of the less obvious strategies to advance your cause....
