Hmm... it's maybe a C or C- movie. Like Johnny Mnemonic or Timecop without a memorable actor like Keanu Reeves or Van Damme. Probably not worth going out of your way to watch, but the kind of movie you'd catch on non-premium TV and watch because you have nothing better to do.

When I rewatched it for the first time since childhood it was very different from the awesome movie that I remembered. But I just like cyberpunk and that's why I still like it. It's difficult to make a good cyberpunk movie.

"horror movie about monster in dark" was a flop. I will never find that movie where the guy burns the grim reaper with a lighter in a lighthouse. Ever. Again.
