Question about Borderlands 2 (ANZ) @ GMG

I have a question about the ANZ version of Borderlands 2 on GMG, is this just for pricing or is it region locked as well? Im leaning towards the former, but am not sure enough to get it for a giveaway.

I'm not sure what you mean but the base game is $20.39 for me.
