In terms of GAs ending, in some timezones it is already Sep 28, so some GAs already ended, with further GAs ending the next couple of hours until circa 24 hours from now (when it will be late evening in Americas).

I'm really glad to be able to participate in this AMAZING train during it's final day! Let's see if I actually win something now... XD
With all that said, I strongly believe that the best way to end the train, is with a giveaway of The Final Station. Does anyone else agree? ;)

the final station would be live for about 1 min in the best scenario or a couple of seconds though....i for one would like to troll snipe the last couple of seconds......

One could make it beforehand but not link it until the very end but with varying time zones I think it's a moot idea anyways.

If one assumes a train wagon length of 15 metres, then 4354 wagons means a train length of more than 65 kilometres (or more than 40 miles). Somewhat difficult to imagine that a platform that long exists. So perhaps the train could as well be declared its own city, which needs own subway system and own airport to make transportation onto and off the train feasible at all?

A train city... That actually sound like a neat setting for a story! Is there any movie/tv series/book/videogame where that exists? Because as far as I remember, I don't know of one where it does. :P

From what I know, the closest to a "train city" is in the movie Snowpiercer. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1706620/

IMPORTANT EDIT!
I would like to give a special thanks to both Canis and icaio for not only their HUGE contribution , but for also pretty much helping me organize this event. this train would be no where near where it is right now if not for both of them. we are now THE LONGEST TRAIN ON THIS SITE! and i couldn't ... we couldn't have done this without them. so , form the bottom of my heart. thank you. i never thought we would end up here , but here we are. I am honestly overwhelmed by how big this has gotten. when i first made this event , i never thought we would break the 400 mark. but many contributions later we are almost at 1300. AND WE STILL HAVE 11 DAYS LEFT!
i will make a complete list of people that have contributed in the train later on with links to their profile by the time we are done with a special thanks. there are way too many to list now.
so i just noticed that not only have we had a lack of events going on in the forum , but that this month had the worst number of GAs made since April 2015.
so instead of bitching about how dead this site is like a number of people do , i decided to actually try to help fix it (Crazy right? actually doing something instead of complaining?) so here is a community Train

In case of games that haven't been released yet and games that were just added to the SteamGifts database. they will have a 0P cost until release or the Database catches up. so the rule for those is that as long as their cost wont be 5P once that happens , then the game is good. it is easy to figure out what the price range is going to be by simply look at the store page. had to add this rule mid event cause there was nothing about stuff like this and i honestly didn't think about it.
Check your GA comments regularly until you get a link for the next cart. You are responsible for adding the NEXT link in your GA description to keep the train
growing.

Sorry it took so long to add this in , but i actually forgot to do this even though i should have.
while i did say this was the 3.0 event , i forgot to explain or even mention the origin and the real person behind this idea.
The OG behind this event is Xarlor who came up with the first community train about 10 months ago.
it was done again by UserCar007 about 8 months ago with some changes that i have decided to keep. which were disallowing DLCs and adding a game value requirement .
I am simply adding into this event by restarting it for the third time , and i should have done this sooner but i really would like to thank both of Xarlor and UserCar007.
