When will we receive more Coupons?

Hopefully never.

Probably at the next big sales.

I like the coupons, they offer a second chance on the seasonal sales to those who missed out on a sale.

I wouldn't be surprised if we get more soon.

I'm assuming the first round of coupons were a kind of test run.

I expect we will see more and more of them if Valve likes the coupon system.

Coupons are best when you can combo them with a midweek sale etc. Massive savings. Like Skyrim etc

Unless the next round of coupons has no expiration date, and steam inventory gets an added "Organize" function, I have to agree with lokonopa. I hope never.

I thought they were annoying, until I used a 50% off Retribution coupon during a weekend sale. They're alright.

Probably when publishers feel like they'll give them out like how Railworks originally did it and this year's Christmas. I believe the christmas thing was to boost sales during the slowest season.
