I thought you could create 3 Giveaways at once?

Strange. I'm sure I've read about people getting them back. Maybe it's only for people who manage to go to zero slots and are completely unable to make giveaways? Did support give you a reason?

You will need to ask the support people for more giveaway slots, it's not automatic.

Um...deleting removed your slots which is why from your 3 giveaways slots (minus 2 deleted), you are left with 1 and since its not claimed, you cannot create a new giveaway.

Why do you think saying "I don't have any trouble!" and then answering to yourself saying "ME NEITHER" is convincing?

This is not true. I have finished one Giveaway and it did not grant me extra slot.

I think that is the idea of how it works but the formula must be wrong as I have 6 previous giveaways, one in progress right now and have 3 additional slots. By your theory I should have 5 (base 3 plus 2 more) slots, less the one in use would make 4.
Wait, unless a 2 copies giveaway takes 2 slots in which case you are completely right.... um ignore me.
