In the last four months, three of the early unlocks have been multiplayer-focused shooters. The bundled games themselves have been a mixed bag, but damn did the EU quality drop.

This was always gonna be their tactic. Start off strong, get some long-term subscribers, then drop the quality. Long term subscribers can't back out then.

At least you got the $10 credit? I've had an annual sub since they unveiled that option. With the number of unappealing headliners they've had, said subscription may end up lasting close to two years. :D

True that, $10 is better than nothing. :) But that offer right before the IGN announcement, the November early unlock reveal, and then the new $20 offer a month later, .... feels not so nice.

And I hear you about the unappealing headliners -- the reason I'm not skipping December? So I'm not stuck with the yearly even longer ...

I think it was intentional. Just to show people there might be more than meets the eye and prevent further people from pausing by letting them see the early unlocks are not necessarily the best games in the bundle.

Yup agree totally. I was really considering pausing this month after the stupid Bethesda crap, but was so happy to see shadow tactics in this. And a couple of other smaller titles from the wishlist as well, so it ended up being a good one for me.
