Giveaway doesnt give me CV?!

Hey,
I created a giveaway for Sleeping dogs (not bundeld) for a group i really like and love in my hart and soul.
And here is the problem;
i know im probably stupid and im making a fool out of myself but there was 1 etry.
after the giveaway ended and i sent the guy the game (he confirmed that he got it BEFOR i could mark that i sent him the game)
At first i thought that maybe it will take some time for it to load because SG had issues.
but after two days i did not recived the CV ( i needed him to pass the 100 CV..)
Thanks for all the helpers.
PS: sorry for my very bad grammer.. english isnt my first language :(

I believe it needs 3 entries for it to count (maybe 2) towards CV.
