Group/Private giveaways always get a much higher comment:entry ratio then public giveaways, so it's not surprising.
All of my 3 public giveaways saw way more entries then comments.
My 3 group giveaways all saw more comments then entries, and I have a fourth ongoing that has more comments then entries.
Hence why I stick to group giveaways, they appreciate it. The general users of the site do not.

I don't get it... why do people want a "thx" or a copy pasted "Tank you soooooo much! :**** <3<3<3<3 so much love for you!! <3"
Why do you want stuff like that? People are thankfull for your giveaway... thats for sure! why should everybody spam? whats the aim?
You feel better when you have exact same number of comments like entries? why do you even care?
It's useless spam anyway...

You miss the point. There are some people out there who try to actively discourage people from saying thank you, or who demand the convenience of a button because their thanks are already so false and hollow. I don't insist upon being thanked, but it's nice, and not something to be discouraged or reduced to an idiotic button.
