I had a problem trying to redeem it and you went offline before I had a chance to come back and say thanks, so "Thanks!". (The email says "Please reply to this email if you need any assistance." so hopefully they can help.)

Yeah, it had the button to click to link it to my acct like usual but then it went to a simple text "error" screen and now if I try the key link again it says "404: Not Found!". I thought maybe the game was no longer available on their service but then I was able to find the page for it. It still doesn't appear in my acct though. Never had a problem like this before, but if I can hope for better luck with "Porradaria 2", I'll give it a try!

weird, I don't know why, seeing as you did it before, but I had left the chat window open, so maybe that interfered somehow? I closed it now, so maybe try again (I couldn't add you either) or just use my email?

More weirdness -- this seemed to redeem/link like normal but it still doesn't show up in my acct. I don't think there's normally any delay for that, but maybe I haven't noticed in the past because at least if I go to the game page for this one it says I own it. However, if I click to download, it takes me to a screen that says "Nothing is available for download yet." where the file links would normally be, even though the game is finished, so hopefully support can help with this one too. Thank you! (and I can't tell from the small picture but is your avatar someone cosplaying as someone or is that just a painting?)
