even for the cv of which i am trying my best to get it up towards level 10 ad max it out - i am just board seeing the same games over and over and even for a single dollar i might well pass on it (unsure yet)

If you don't own, its not a bad deal. The games are better than typical shovelware games, but they are overpriced on Steam. Pretty sure most of these were only a buck or two each, which is what they should be priced at.

I doubt it. The devs know what they're doing by capitalizing on seasonal sales and the fact that their games are quite high rated and decently popular. They hiked up the price because not only 90% off a $11 game seems way more appealing than a 50% off a $1 game, they also get more money per unit sold doing that.

Fanatical replied to me, that they did not have any keys left, so they could not give me new keys for the two games. I got another fair compensation - But it's funny that they one week later launch a new bundle with exactly those games :P

You should reply to their answer and request a key again, since they happily bundle them now. It's your own right to get a working key, especially since they have them in stock.

This bundle seems tailor made for Steamgifts. It's like the posh version of buying asset flips with ridiculous base prices in keyshops for 10 cents each. The games are a tier above asset flip quality, they have trading cards and it's from an official store.

Upside Down is fairly decent for the most part. Could use some checkpoints, but does the whole gravity reversal only platformer well enough. Except for the chase levels (they happen in long narrow tunnels), which are incredibly frustrating. Think Guitar Hero where every missed note restarts the song.
The price tag is ridiculous, but if you have it in your library, give it a chance as a little timewaster

1$ for all these games is a good deal, they're not great but aren't shovelware either, easy achievements for the most part and have trading cards. Pretty solid.

It does.
The fact that it doesn't have the tag on the store page does not mean that the game doesn't drop cards. The tags have to be manually set by the devs and in this case I guess they forgot it.
You can also click on the heart icon in the chart to check faster whether a game has cards or not - that's why it's there.
