Gabe Newell is particimaping in a race to raise founds to make a hospital and has promised on reddit that he'll do an AMA if they reach 500k dollars in donations.

So, I know everyone wants to ask about HL3 and SteamOS and all that jazz. But if this actually happens, can someone please make sure he gets asked if they can get a new support department. Everyone knows Steam Support is 'not good' to put it gently. I'd like to know if Gabe is aware of that fact and if anything can/will be done.
