There used to be a site called www.keygiveaway.com which did exactly that but sadly it no longer exists.
For my last few keysdrops I've started to obscure the key manually like in the screenshot below but that takes a few minutes so I guess it's only viable for small key drops. (Also I'm not entirely sure a sophisticated bot wouldn't be able to recognize them anyway but at least it should stop most of the dumber bots.)
