Permabaned Nutzer können den Support nicht mehr nerven. Nach allgemeinen Hörensagen hat das nur ein berühmt berüchtigter Nutzer vor 1,5-2 Jahren "geschafft".

Naja, aber Permanent ist Permanent. Was du meinst ist vorübergehend gebannt. Da wird dann allerdings auch für alle angezeigt für wie lange diese Person gebannt ist.

Jeder suspendierte Nutzer (egal ob temp. oder perm.) kann den Support kontaktieren. Es gab Fälle, bei denen ein nicht jugendfreies Profilbild zur permanenten Suspendierung geführt hat. Der Nutzer bekam sinngemäß angezeigt "Ändere dein Profilpic, schreib ein Ticket und die Suspendierung wird aufgehoben.
Bei dem anderen Nutzer steht "Banned" auf dem SG Profil.

I think you mean Permanently Suspended. As far as I know it can be lifted off/removed in future.
Whereas Banned is different thing, no changes will be made in the status. I too have only one..

That's why I first said to create a ticket, maybe from support he is allowed to do it, or they might even delete the giveaway. I sincerely don't know how they act in this situations, so asking support for help would be my first action.

Yeah that too, but he stated that he wasn't able to enter other giveaway for the same game and that was also bothering him.

The guy was creating a ton of fake giveaway to advertise his group. Then again, most of the winners were left with ungiven PUBG keys, so no real value was lost anyway. :3
