PS3 games

There's a lot of fun stuff on the PS3, I've been neglecting mine for the past few years since I got Steam though. I've had a lot of fun with Tokyo Jungle, it's basically a survival game where you can play as animals like deer, dinos, baby chicks, and monkeys. Journey and Flow also look very good, I haven't played them yet though.

Dragon Ball Games are quite funny

Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls are extremely poor games.

On top of those you already chose, go buy Journey Collection (contains Journey, Flower and flOw), Grand Theft Auto V for cheap if you haven't played it yet, the Mass Effect Trilogy, the God of War games (all of them available now through volumes), the Uncharted games and the Metal Gear Solid games (there's a Metal Gear Solid Legacy Collection if you can find it, it's pretty rare, containing every game except Ground Zeroes and Phantom Pain and Revengeance) only if you think you can suffer through old, convoluted gameplay mechanics glossed over by fans due to extremely heavy nostalgia as well as one of the most craziest and twisted stories you've ever experienced, because the creator is Japanese and they all seem to have this in ability in their blood.

I realize how complicated the Metal Gear games appear to be, so here's a chronological list of how the story unfolds if you wish to play that way instead of the release order, so you have a better chance at understanding anything about it:

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes, Metal Gear Solid 5: Phantom Pain, Metal Gear 1, Metal Gear 2, Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, Metal Gear Rising: Revegeance.

Red Dead Redemption should be on top of your list.

It's been said, but Uncharted is definitely a must. If you don't have a PS2, there's a few remastered collections on PS3 that are worth playing such as God of War, Sly Cooper, Ratchet & Clank, Jak & Daxter etc. There's a lot of PS-exclusive JRPGs, but I haven't got round to playing many yet, so I wouldn't know which to recommend. Deadly Premonition. It's also on Steam, but the PC port is extremely buggy/unstable. The PS3 version is the best.

With RDR you already have the best reason for a PS3. But be sure not to miss the Darkness 1 (damn I sold my copy), Uncharted 2/3 and Okami HD
