Shame you don't have $.07. You could get Dungeons of Dredmor.

I pay more but if he has 1 dollar and change left on paypal why not? They still get about a dollar after the paypal fees if he just throws in the 1.43. They are digital copies after all, not like anyone technically losses in this situation. People who pay a penny are the real jerks...

You don't seem to understand. Those games are 100$ if you buy them separately. You are literally buying them 100x times cheaper. Also, by paying one dollar, you are lowering the average, => encouraging people to pay less for bastion. And I believe you CAN afford a couple of bucks more than 1$.

Buy it.
If you like the games and find some money, you still have 8 days to up your payment anyway. If not, you can always pay more on the next Humble Bundle as to compensate. But this is a business that lets you name your price and there shouldn't be an Inquisition led by some ardent fans.

Jeyko, right now even HumbleBrony and notch's Cold War only raises some little cents to the average, because, well, they sold more than 300,000 bundles. So the average won't be changin' a lot.
Edit: actually, they are nearing 400,000 bundles sold. Wow.

Yep, to drive the average down, we'd need way, way too many jerks attacking at the same time.

Those games are $100 if you choose to pay $100. Ever heard of sales?
Also, just because a game is out there doesn't mean people are actually going to buy it. One of the main reasons bundles exist is to get money from people who would never buy those games otherwise.

Indeed, PAY WHAT YOU WANT BUNDLE.
They even put down a dollar requirement for Steam keys which means they are ok with it, no one losses if he pays 1 dollar. Humble Bundle themselves are ok with this, the devs by association are ok with this. They aren't losing money from a guy who pays one dollar, if thats all he has he still gave them money they otherwise would not have if he said "I cant buy this, I only have a dollar" and didn't.
Its a digital copy, they aren't losing a thing. He isn't a jerk, the people who pay a penny are since Humble has to throw a couple cents to paypal.
I mean no offense by this, its just how I see it, all is well :-).

My mistake, I heard different, though still isn't that just as bad? I think so.

haem, did anybody study things like balance sheet and income statement here?
these people have in a week a revenue of 3 million $ !
does anybody in this thread have an idea of how much is 3 million $ revenue in a week for unmaterial goods? does anybody have an idea of what can be the gross margin of the first week of hib5 sales?
please, believe me: they don't lose money...

How? If you clicked on the Steam key button on your HIB page and it showed you a key, you can close the site and open again and the key will still be there.
