It's not bad. I have 1 extra BL slot for other people thanks to that :D You just eliminate yourself from people GAs by behaving poorly.

Private GAs are most of the time part of trains or forum events. And it's often enough to behave like decent human being to end on people WL.
By blacklisting people that make GAs in those categories you exclude yourself from them by simply generalizing everything on flawed logic. I did quite a lot of private GAs, but they are all part of forum events, trains or my puzzles. So everyone that had high enough level (and sometimes followed not inactivated / multiple wins rule) could enter.

i think i qualify as i did alot of discussion linked gibs but i don't think we join any of each others gibs anyway, (definately not in the last year and a half at least, i cant be bothered to check back any further :P)

In permanent suspension user can see Support section and communicate with support, but banned users can't access to anything, less talk to support.

Like josgba2002 said. Permanent suspension is way to block access to the site for someone that need to fix a lot of infractions (inactivated wins / multiple wins) or have multiple accounts. But people can write support tickets to try unlock their accounts. Be it by activating all games or getting rid of multiple wins etc.
But when someone gets suspended and spam support with trolling tickets and so like they get banned. And can't acces site in any way.
