Dude, harsh... The question isn't about the actual ruling of not being able to gift bundle keys, the real issue is with the reasoning behind this. People are getting banned over generosity when imo there's really no need for it...

It is mainly due to the contributor value one gets when making giveaways. You probably realized that the number of giveaways exploded when this new concept was put into effect. Alot of people, even now, try to abuse this by posting their leftover keys from bundles for contributor points.

Easiest solution would be to lower the contributor value of single bundle keys to 1$ or something, but I guess that's something the mods have to look into =/

As retarded as that might sound, it actually has happened multiple times. There are quite a few stories if you look them up. For instance, a woman was contracted with AIDS and in a heat of rage/vengeance, she started sleeping with all of the men who treated her like shit or wronged her over a period of her life to give it to them. A variation of biological warfare.
