Actually, despite what several of the people have been saying, many of the giveaways have been origin codes, from what I can tell. Although, if what DeltaBladeX says is true, then I think it's still not allowed.

you can keydrop it on the forums or chat, but not gift it the way you're asking

I heard GalaGiveaways has Origin giveaways now, if you wanted to still have it as a giveaway rather than post it in the forums & have a ninja steal your key away.
