What is the best Groundhog Day-type time loop movie
12 Monkeys and Groundhog Day (starring Bill Murray). The poll is missing Looper though.

To be honest, I can't remember as well because I hated the movie lol. The Netflix's series "Russian Doll" is the most Groundhog Day-esque thing I've seen to date though.

As we exit 6 weeks of winter invoked upon us by a spiteful groundhog from Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, I would like to revisit another of evil groundhog powers - time loops. The evil critter's sinister ability to trap unsuspecting people in the same day repeating over and over has been first chronicled in 1993 'Groundhog Day' documentary, and since then we've had a lot of brave filmmakers spreading the truth. Once we figure out the most worthy one, we can crown them the Groundhog Slayer and finally get a shot at overthrowing the tyranny of the Big Groundhog.
To commemorate your efforts, here is a small offering of Groundhog Day Official Videogame: the Hog is Back.
