Where's my value?

The first 25$ of the CV from bundled games is given to you.. the rest is still there.. 20% of the non-bundled CV amount is taken from the bundle CV and added to your CV

(Damn it.. I don't know how to say this without confusing people)

Technically it's more of a "Bundles and Exploited" list. Mafia 2 was given for free on GMG, so to prevent abuse it was put on the list.

25 is counted as not bundled. Then 5 more is added as 20% of that 25. Hope that clears it up. ^_^

you are both right, depends on how you word it.

the first $25 are counted as non-bundle. if you add 20% you can get to $30 with only bundle games (25 + 25*0.2 = 30)
