They just refunded Freedom Bundle (30$) without any comments.

No email~.

Did you get an email?

Nothing here. My Freedom bundle is still showing on my account.

I did just get an odd email from HB however. Telling me a coupon for the next monthly is about to expire and I can get 10% off. However. I'm already a subscriber. And if I click the link. All it does is take me to the sub page where it knows I have a sub. And if I goto the coupon section on my account. There is no such coupon. Oh well. I was hoping for a couple bucks off.

Same here, my Freedom Bundle is stil with me fortunately, and I've just been a bit confused but this weird email. I'm redeeming Freedom keys (just in case).

wow, i also got an e-amil with a 10% coupon. i am also a current subscriber. i wrote support of humble bundle about this and waiting for an answer.

Let us know what they say about it. I just got the email with the monthly charge. Its the expected $12. So no auto discount for me :( lol.
The coupon email says good to march 3rd so I"m guessing its for new subs only and just got sent to the wrong email group.

the problem is. i already payed the monthly and i got an e-mail with 10% off. If i ckeck on the website under coupons there is nothing. Probably a mistake but i will let you know about the answer.

i researched a bit and found out that the e-mail with the "coupon" could be a fake humble bundle e-mail from a bad guy. The e-mail adress is noreply@mg.humblebundle.com which is not normally used from humble bundle. i checked all the previous mails from humble bundle and they use a different one. this is the first and only mail send with this e-mail. a bit suspicious if you ask me.

Nah, I just checked and I received the very same email despite being a current subscriber. Clicking on the coupon in this mail will direct you to the official and secured Humblebundle page. Nothing fishy here.

I suppose that is possible, but that is just a subdomain. No one but HB should have access to that. If something about the ending was different then I'd agree as anyone can create a different ending and include the real url on the front. Did you hear from support? I have 2 factor turned on but I changed my password due to the cloudflare thing anyhow.

Send them an email. I'm guessing they went to give a refund to someone else and just punched in the account number wrong. I recently had to contact support for the first time last week. They were great.

revoking the keys takes a few days. i remember when i refunded that totally censored crap bundle (for german customers) from deepsilver.

If you are implying what I think you might be here, that would be very unprofessional on the part of Humble. Anyone who has ever worked in customer service knows that dealing with some complaints/issues at times comes with the territory. Anyway, I can't buy it.

I asked because if you did they offered a refund and it's possible they took a response as accepting it (not maliciously). I can't think of any other reason why they would issue a refund.
