True we Turks are not doing great on gender equaliity right now but we're working on it. We have laws which promote positive discrimination for women. We're trying to increase percentage of women in education and employment.
The most immediate problem we have right now is violence against women. World Health Organization data say 38% of women in Turkey are subject to violence from a partner in their lifetime, compared to about 25% in Europe. Despite we passed a law on preventing violence against women judges in courts (who are mostly men of course) don't really implement them.
What I'm trying to say is while we have our problems in the said subject you can't just say someone is sexist just because of their country.

However, I don't make giveaways as an excuse to be somebody that I am. I don't pretend to be a nice person. The reason I give back to the community was because I liked it here. Doing giveaways in a discussion allows for more interaction, as well as providing a ever so slight filter for people who also want to be part of said community.

I see it as art and i reported in the past different Avatars that i would describe as "adult stuff". Only a part of the users were punished for it AND the avatars were never removed from the support [one showed a little girl with a condom in her mouth. Sure the account were perma suspended but i don't understand why the avatar were not removed].
To give you a example what were ok. A female that shown her breasts in a white top/shirt that was wet (so you seen all in the end).
So, did you think then a black and white art backside of a female will be seen as nsfw/too hard ?
As a sidenote, i have no problem with nsfw. At work too because i have other things to do at work as to be in a privat site to do my stuff.

Because "he" made you naked AND made the stupid people too that later call it unnatural and harmful... but run around with weapons, kill, destroy the nature and often let their kids look at movies and series that don't fit to their age (only to name one thing)

As for my comment about MULTIPLE crappy bundles just to give them away - I'd rather buy one bundle to giveaway at least ok games. There is nothing wrong with buying bundles, buy all you want. I just wanted to show that anyone can judge people,it's far easier to find fault in people then it is to find the good. The good is they at least made an attempt to give back even if it wasn't "your approved give away games".
It's far easier to pass judgment though then to stop and think we all have different ideas and views and faults. You could have just said you don't approve of the avatar and moved on. You instead also took the time to also take a jab at them personally about the games they gave away and made it personal for no reason other than just because you can.

Your problems are the same as i have with the public GA's but that someone demand his key nearly direct after the GA end excluded. I don't had problems because of that and when someone make "trouble/stress", without a reason like "i am soon away for a 1 week+ travel", he will wait for sure 6 days till i deliver it. Yes i am a evil guy and sadistic too^^
And yes, as lower as the level pick is as higher are the problems in general.
At the moment i am at lvl 3 restriction for public GA's but from my last around 15 public GA winners i had 11 people that came onto my BL because of their statistics (22 given : 411 won as example, mostly in combination with last GA made 2-3 years ago but still each day around to win -i think one win from me is then enough for them-), 8 of the winners had red marks at sgtools, a big part of them don't know a thanks after the win too and 2 with better statistics don't known the word "thanks" too.
So all in all from around 15 winners then 13 new ones for my BL.
And a lot of work for the support (reroll ticket checks) and me (made the GA's, controlled the winners, wrote the support tickets, run behind a part that the please take their wins, check their Profile, BL them).
And yes such a result don't give me a good feeling or great mood back and not really the motivation to make more of such GA's.
That is the reason why i make mostly group and/or whitelist GA's. There are the problems maybe 1% of the ones with the public GA's.

When i known it before sure. But i never thought i would hit the max. of 1k users at my BL and been forced to raise the level. Ok i set it from 0 to 1 before my BL was full because it was easy to see that lvl 0 is complete infested with, at least, shady people (i would call a good bunch bot farms and multiaccounts).
And because i am a nice guy i really try to have the level as low as possible to close out as few as possible.
But yes, maybe would a step directly to lvl 4, for public GA's, a better way to end problems with, still, a good bunch of winners.
I will think about it and maybe look how the next tests with level 3 work before i decide final.

What's the purpose of a feature if people can't use it? If you're trying to make a "movement" again blacklisting, you can forget that - no person can convince an entire website to stop doing a thing. Until cg himself removes the feature of blacklists, you will not achieve anything to prevent people from making use of blacklists.
I personally don't like the general idea of blacklists due to how much drama it generates and the negative effects it has on the community outweigh the benefits. But I understand how/why some people may appreciate the feature, and I decide to respect that while, even myself, have a couple dozen people blacklisted (the majority of which are already permanently banned from SG, but I'm too lazy to clean up the list).

It's kind of natural that they don't want to give things to people who get them annoyed/angry though. Adults also try not to have connection with people who they don't like, and the blacklisting results in the same thing.

You could start saying thanks after you win something. Small things like basic decency can get you further than assuming people just have "a bad day".

Not like it could decrease - if you can say thanks than they you aren't blacklisted by the creator. Not saying thanks is a great way to get more blackliststhough. Saying thanks is free, unlike making giveaways.

I've myself been blacklisted for saying "Thank you" after winning a giveaway. I'm not saying it's for certain the reason they blacklisted me, but there are definitely people who dislike getting notifications.
And I'm also one of those people who doesn't care if a winner comments (at all, unless they throw a fit about others not saying thank you then don't do so themselves), as long as they mark the feedback properly (received/not received).

I was more surprised because he seemed to be saying that it was a recurrent thing but I guess you're right it could have happened several time. I don't personally blacklist for not saying thank you in fact I barely use my blacklist. but I do like when the winner leave a comment.

Maybe your statistics of send/won and/or last made GA or no thanks after a win are the reason for that.
People are "sensitive" at that things.

Oh that winners are daily active, at least at sg and steam, ... but they don't grab the keys.
I have never made higher public Ga's as level 3.
From time to time i raise the level because i need from time to time space at my BL. 1k is the maximum and when it is full i am forced to raise the level for the public GA's and kick all under that level from my BL (autojoiner users and people that offended me excluded).

Oh i remember me very well on the few people. That are "only" around 25 left from them that aren't perma suspended ;o)
A good bunch of them are at higher levels, so i don't need to think at them till i raised the level so high that they can come theoretical from my BL. And when i then see, as example, a lvl 1 user that are already at my list then i think short about it and know then why he is still there.
I don't use some sort of extern list or notes to them.
Too much lifetime that i don't want to spend for them.

Steam is blocked on the network at work, but SG isn't, so I'm often on SG but cannot be on Stream (and thus cannot activate anything).
People are quick to assume the worst when they don't get the result they desire.
(Some people have lives outside this site, too, as hard as it might be for some people to believe.)

Just stop the blacklisting people. It's childish and accomplishes nothing and will only leave you with anger and regrets. Don't be a tool!
