FAQ-link in top navigation

There are many people that don't even know the faq exists so you should make it easier to find and move it into the top navigation bar.
Also you should add an information about bundle games and make an explanation about the effects on the contributor value. Maybe also an short note to the * which marks the bundle games in the create giveaway list.

This will clean the forum at least a bit from topics where people complain that their contributor value stopped rising.
