Company of Heroes Retail vs. New Steam Edition

I know there was similar thread but I didn't find clear answer to my doubts.

I have retail version of CoH: Opposing Fronts. The CDkey is now redeemable and comes with New Steam Version. My question is, if I own only OF on Steam what content of NSV will be available for me? Will I get access to entire game or just addon part?

I think they just give you the entire game. not sure though

the servers that ran company of heroes are all being shut down, and they will begin to use the steam servers instead. its the same game, just different multiplayer servers (im like 95% sure, so my bad if im wrong lol)

So NSV is just a new multiplayer? What about single?

Well, its the servers. They shut down, so they made another Steam Version.
