I'm giving away all the Emoticons and Backgrounds I got twice in my Steaminventory. If you want any of them, just send me a Tradeoffer and Ill accept it :)

Note: I said only items i got twice, and i removed the link, due to an enormous count of requests :)

Note #2: Most of the time i have to delcine it, because the item is gone or because some people were asking for other items i dont give away for nothing

Trade Offer is a Steam feature. You leave an offer by picking what you want and giving nothing in return, they can confirm it later. Beats adding people.
