Loko once wrote that some giveaways will be set to "not received" if they violated the rules (this statement was as a reaction to the massive bundle key giveaways. Loko's reasoning: "it would hurt them more than simply having the giveaway removed, because then they have negative feedback"), but I thought that Lucid and FS are okay again.

AFAIK, only Loko has the rights to actually look into that matter, the other appointed helpers only sort the support tickets by urgency and answer minor stuff (for example tickets with "how does this site work").
You have to wait up to 4 days when contacting Steam support where paid support workers "help" you, and SG support is currently a 1-man-show (+ helpers), so please be patient ;)

now got 2 of them , they got game, they activated the game , even played it, they accepted they received game
later after 1 week they change the status from 'received' to 'not received'
this is ridiculous
