It's a good game, i don't think that the DLC, will make any difference for you.

Don't get the augmented edition, it doesn't contain any dlc anyway

augmented edition is just not worth it and tactical enhancement pack as well as explosive mission pack are just pointless

Buy it. Worth anything you spend on it, and it's often on sale. The game is fantastic overall. I'd suggest getting the regular edition, as the augmented does not add anything to gameplay. Also, if you feel like spending a bit more, could pick up Missing Link, I've heard it's fairly good.

Buy the complete pack if you don't have the previous DX games. If you just want DXHR, waiting is an option; it (and Missing Link) go on sale often enough that you can catch it later at the same price.

I bought it. The games looked interesting, I didn't have any of them, they seem to get good reviews, and Steam doesn't often discount things much beyond 75% so the price was good. I can't really say whether to get this or CS:GO, but here are some thoughts on your other questions. If you want just the one game, get the augmented edition if you like the extra stuff it contains and think it's worth the cost, the regular version otherwise. The complete pack is good if you have none of the games and are interested enough in the series to want more than just the one game. If you have any of them already, or aren't interested in them, buying just what you do want individually may be the better deal here. I hope this is of some help.

The only criticisms I had for HR are the boss fights that would fit better in a more straightforward action game, and the ending, which is multiple choice and has absolutely no relation to how you solved the game up until then. I really thought there might be a difference between going stealth pacifist and going Rambo, but in the end there isn't. :/ It's still an awesome game if you ignore those two things, though, and the Missing Link DLC is worth it too. Explosive Mission adds one little mission in the middle of the game, take it or leave it.

It´s an amazing game buy it and if you have the money buy the first Deus ex too

First game was best (easily 11/10). If you haven't played it yet, buy it. So the complete pack would be my choice.

Deus ex was a pretty good game, it takes a while if you are a completionist to get everything, but it is a lot of fun along the way.
