Where I can find list of games with full value ??

Unfortunately, no such list exists. You'll have to look up any potential game in the giveaway list when you create it to see how much it counts for.

I'm in too.. I'd love to see in the future a "full value" game list, it'd be definitely useful :')
Or how to have full value games in hands ahah i'd love to gift different games although i'm still content with bundles and gifting from Steam directly (but it's a bit of a pain since you have to add them every time and often users/winners don't answer or block you XD)
