Dying Light NA?

Was looking for a copy of Dying Light UE and I found a trader willing to sell me the game. Problem was I noticed that it had a tag in the description "NA" but the red circle with the exclamation point that indicates region restrictions isn't present.

Question is, can I redeem the game in SEA region?

Have fun with the game... I enjoyed parts of it but found the main character to be positively worthless.
