Steam connection problem

So im trying to connect steam and everything is fine but then its just go offline I tried to restart and nothing is happening.But on my broder account everything is fine i already tried restarting my computer.And i can send messages only in browser steam thanks for any answers

then you may need to clean install steam again, if that problem only happen on you account (same computer) it means some cache files are not working very well
you can try to google for how to delete those temp files but you most probably will get that trade lock for 7-15 days (for sure if you reinstall steam)

Well it works perfect on my dad pc i will try to quit beta for now maybe it helps if not then it means reainstall :(
