I'd recommend you Psychonauts.
The game is something totally different for what you usually play (I noticed a lot of first person shooters in your top five ;D) yet it's something totally unique that I think you might enjoy considering the rest of the games you have many hours of playtime in.
It has an absolutely ridiculous humor, it tells a twisted story which is thrilling to uncover, it controls perfectly ... long story short, it's an outstanding game. Everybody should have played it :)
(We're talking about a third person platformer here with lots of exploration and secrets to uncover)

Cave Story+ is a platforming gem if you like that genre. One of the games that started the indie boom.

I don't own that yet myself. Is it a metroidvania style as well? I can't remember.

I don't qualify, I've given more than I've won... but I'm not level 4+ so I'm not looking to be added to your whitelist... But recommendations...

  • Vertical Drop Heroes: Roguelike that is quite fun. The achievements are actually entertaining to get. It's amusing... Vertical Dropping Platformerer.
  • VVVVVV: This game was a load of fun. Another platformer (I've been playing lots of these lately) that has you run around and try to save your shipmates... Simple graphics, but still a lot of fun. No jumping, only reversing gravity. Harder than it seems... more enjoyable than it seems.
  • Spoiler Alert: You can quickly put this one down... meaning beat it... It's quite a fun game actually... You go backwards instead of forward. The mechanics scale evenly... though sometimes it can be frustrating, but if you devote an hour or so to it, you'll finish the game. It does have a workshop mode, but I never played with that.

Enjoy!

Sorry I can't tell you anything higher than that... I've been going through my games reverse alphabetically.

The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing II - playing the Van Helsing 1 made me more fun than playing Diablo 3. From what I heard Van Helsing 2 is even better than 1. Then there's the charming atmosphere of a magical steampunk.

Viscera Cleanup Detail: Shadow Warrior - because if you spend all day at a computer, why not start to clean virtually.

Dirt 2 was the first game that jumped out at me in your list. I know some people already recommended it though.
Chuck it on cockpit view and the immersion is pretty darn good. The menus have so much fluff and are a bit annoying but the racing and driving make it worth bearing.

Great Permutator is a great and really tough puzzle game. If you've ever played and like SpaceChem you'd most likely like Great Permutator too. It's not the prettiest, hopefully you can look past that though.

Super Meat Boy is a classic, you should try that one out. Great soundtrack, good level progression, good difficulty curve.

I'll understand if your WL is full by now. I'll add you to mine anyway as I think your ratio qualifies you. :)

Psychonauts and Woolfe for sure! Psychonauts was such a nice surprise. And I see you've got Cradle a game I want so badly and you did not even play it. How is that possible? It has not been in any bundle yet so you bought it and just left it there!?! I'm so sad.

Thanks for the whitelist! I would recommend Bardbarian (I am sure that many people already recommended Bioshock) it's cute game with character that can keep you hooked until finishing it :) Also Cave Story, Limbo and Super Meat Boy are must to play!

Bioshock 1 and 2.
I've played only the first one and it was one of few games with a climate and one of 5 with a really good soundtrack (Empty Houses <3).
You'll feel that you are in a depth sea and you'll be scared eventually from time to time, by jumping enemies ;)

You really ought to play Psychonauts!

It's a beautiful and fun game with lots of character. All of the characters feel different and there's some really nice comedy to boot. The combat takes practice (which should be a good thing). Plus you get to go on journeys through crazy people's minds ... what's better than that? Sorry I went over two sentences :P

Warhammer 40K : Dawn of War.
Because we must all serve he who reigns eternally on the Golden Throne in Terra. Disloyalty will be rewarded with a bolt pistol round in our skull. Great game, most of the races are available to be played.

Crusader Kings II.
As suggested by many. A complex game, where warfare and intrigue is the key to victory. Heck, intrigue is the main way to achieve your goals. A game where killing your brother, be killed by your step-mother, be killed by your lovely son, is common.
