Do you have any thoughts on the fact that they do have cheaper games (i.e why do you think they have cheaper games?), rather than questioning the timing of when I found out?

Spec Ops in Russia costs 149 rubles on sale. But in the Amazon with a coupon it can be bought for $ 2.50(~~90 rubles)

I thought steamprices.com was pretty good at tracking which regions had the cheapest prices for a given game.
Dunno if I'm reading the site info wrong, never had much use for the function really.

So, I was looking at http://www.steamgamesales.com/, and noticed, that you can change your Country....
In the United States, (Just for example I'll use this game, to show how odd this is) Tomb Raider, is available for pre-purchase (At "10%" off) for $44.99....
However, if you change your country to Russia, the deal it says they have, is "539 RUB". Which, converted to USD is $17.79....
That's just an example! They pay way less for games.... Q_Q
I know where I'm moving! LAWL
What's your guy's thoughts on this?
