It most certainly won't but at least it gave me a good laugh :D

Lifted ban = "apology" at least this is how i see it. The support struggles to keep up with the "real" problems, and you are waiting for a formal apology? Wait for it then or leave it behind and enjoy SG.
EDIT: Found out the "disclaimer".... just grow up, pls.

Not only do you come to the forums to complain about a dispute none of us are privy to, you also see fit to call someone out in all your giveaways? I think you have a warped perspective on who's being abusive here. This thread shouldn't exist.

How is helping you with your problem and lifting your ban "abusive" and "bossy" exactly? The mod in question is not responsible for you having the wrong bundle activated on your account, it doesn't matter though as the situation has already been handled. What makes you feel so entitled to an apology that you start name calling the staff when you're not getting one? Nothing bad happened.

The OP's entire premise is that their suspension [Sidenote: for the love of pie, people, it's suspension, not ban; ban indicates permanency.] was due to a misconfiguration on SG's end [Perhaps this being checked instead of this]. The OP's claims have a few unexplained elements, though, like why SG (which checks off id rather than title) would have confused them after so long in the first place (and thus far seemingly only for them), or why the ever-professional and ever-busy Ronix should specifically be blamed for the situation just for not having had the time to respond during the holiday season.
It certainly doesn't explain why they're choosing to call out Ronix [one could make a case about complaining about Ronix as a staff member, as the calling out rule doesn't cover 'public figures' within the scope of their duties within their role as a 'public figure', but the OP is currently attacking Ronix as a user, rather than clearly targeting any support-related actions], as such implies that they're rather okay with rule-breaking, and thus undermines the already weak explanation of events that they've presented us with- especially as a user above already gave us a much more likely reason for the suspension.
Their method of approach aside, the OP really should have put in a ticket asking to speak to a different staff member (the OP hasn't even clarified how Ronix was involved, or how the OP ensured communication with them, meaning we don't even know if Ronix even got a chance to assess the situation and respond to it) if they wanted clarification of or response to the matter. Of course, given the season, the OP'd have to assume on a wait- but y'know, a clear staff response to reference would have made for a much more compelling thread than this one, with its unexplained elements and inappropriate behavior.

Just in case anybody wants to see the "disclaimer" OP is writing in his giveaways:
"Beware of Ronix, the abusive Super Mod!"

You more than likely aren't going to get an apology. You've not only called him out in this thread but each GA you've posted. Suspension or ban is incoming.
So I am curious, how many times have you posted on the ticket?

Hi,
after getting a temporary ban for not activating a game I asked the support to kindly lift the ban. The problem with this was that I won a bundle years ago, which I immediately activated. Afterwards, the bundle changed, new components were added and some changed. I provided Ronix, the Super Mod responsible, all the evidence and explanation needed to verify that everything was correct. But I got no further response.
While the ban has already been lifted, I'm still waiting for an apology from him. Steamgifts is a nice place because it's about gifting stuff, having luck and sometimes winning something. Such abusive and bossy behaviour ruins this experience for me, which had always been flawless before ...
