I won a raffle over 20 hours ago, wondering when it's time to hit 'no' I didn't receive the gift?

The gifter has 1 week to send the game to you. After that you can hit 'no' or open a support ticket. But just be patient give him time and also check your spam email folder (In case he sent you the game and it went to your spam folder).

I have checked and he hasn't been on in 2 days...just think it should be easy to make sure you're on at the time your raffle is over I mean you can set the end time yourself haha

Yeah, true. But just give him time you never know, an emergency could of come up or something.

Things often happen in real life that get in the way of this. Wait until a week is up, and if you have not been in contact with the gifter at that point, open up a thread in support with all the necessary details.

Sometimes users have a busy schedule, that might delay them from checking there steamgifts account. You also have to consider other factors that could delay them like trouble with their computers, getting sick, and even life issues. Just wait the 7 days before marking it as not received. Good luck.

One time I was toasting some bread, in "Bagel" mode. I clicked no after a paltry minute.
