Cities XL Platinum Giveaway Puzzle

This is my 1st giveaway puzzle, I figured it's time to give it a try.

The game will be Cities XL Platinum (Yes it is a new game that just came out a few days ago)

This puzzle is open to everyone, even non gift givers.

Only rule is, do not share the private giveaway link. Let people enter this contest the right way (By figuring out the puzzle)

This contest is over late night Sunday Feb 10, 2013.

Since I already own 2010 (original), 2011 and 2012 I'm not going to enter, but I'm confused what the platinum version adds over the 2012 version. Certainly not bug fixes (I doubt they'd bother actually fixing the game at this point), but is it just more maps?

Any idea on which bugs? (A link would be fine). I've been searching but so far the only thing I can find is people asking the same question. Even the forum mod doesn't seem to know anything about the new release.

I haven't gotten to play my copy yet, but it looks like they updated the 2012 version as it updated as soon as I added the Platinum one and I think other then more options, they upgraded multilayer. But I don't know for sure, I wont be playing my copy tonight to find out because I going to watch Flight with the misses.

Edit: Er.. Wait... I'm stuck on Q4. I know what it is but it says I'm wrong. I've typed so many variations of it too. x___x

Edit 2: Nevermind, I got it. Finally got the right variation. :)
