A HUGE problem.

I got an Email saing I won Killing Floor. But something happened:

  1. I don't remember having profile on that email, I moved from it to another.
  2. Steamgifts haven't said I won anything.
  3. The game isn't on any of my profiles and it says that gift was already activated.
    Could someone explain me:
    1.Should I worry about losing account.
    2.WTF is going on?
